Define Your Product
At Wisco, we believe the key to a quality product is planning. Our project team works with you to create the ideal manufacturing process to meet your specifications. We develop methods to reduce costs-utilizing different materials, tolerances, and finish substitutions.

Concept and Development
We review your part specifications and develop a plan of action for progressing to the prototype stage. Through active collaboration, we develop solutions for new and redesigned parts and quickly produce samples of existing parts for your approval.

Design Prototypes
Developing an accurate prototype is a vital step in determining the form, fit, and function requirements of your part. Value Engineering, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis refine the prototype while reducing costs and improving function.

Tooling and Fixture Development
Wisco's in-house engineers, tooling designers, and machinists are experts in their fields. Their skill, combined with our EDM and heat treatment capabilities, enables us to make repairs internally, reducing downtime and extending the life of tools and fixtures.

Short to Long-Run Production
We work with you to determine the most cost efficient run size for your project. Our laser and turret and press brake are ideal for a short run, while our progressive die-punch press stamping is perfect for long-run projects.

Assemblies
Outsource your electro-mechanical or mechanical assemblies to Wisco. Your costs will go down and you can rest easy knowing you'll have a quality assembly, increased flexibility, and reduced production footprint.
