Continuous Improvement (CI) is so critical to the entire supply chain that we created a group called the Wisco Industries Efficiency Improvement Team.
This team meets weekly to create and execute plans to improve our ability to meet or exceed delivery, quality, and cost requirements for our customers. When Corrective Actions (CA) are necessary, the team will discover the source of the problem, solve the problem, and issue a CA form to the customer describing the corrective action taken.
