About Us

Quality is a process planned into every metal stamping and assembly. Before production begins, Wisco Industries' engineering and manufacturing teams hold "prequality" conferences to establish quality standards and procedures. Each part is subject to ongoing "failure-mode analysis" to anticipate and eliminate potential points of failure in the production process. Much attention is given to the production process as related to the critical dimensions of the specific part. Once the process is established, Control Plans are developed and the operator has the details at the work station on a PC.

Just-in-Time Delivery Reduces Inventory and Costs

Wisco Industries delivers just in time. Our ability to consistently meet customer delivery schedules is a direct result of our quality control process. Anticipating production problems and eliminating them beforehand enables Wisco Industries to stay on schedule and provide product deliveries designed to minimize customer inventories and expenses. The quantity of parts received on a just-in-time basis can go directly to the production line without need for inspection. Maximizing your inventory turns is another way Wisco Industries increases your profitability.

Administrative Cost Containment

Consistent product quality and on-time delivery are essential elements of cost containment. But, that's only the beginning of Wisco Industries' cost containment strategies. We can accommodate customers who wish to take advantage of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and bar coding to streamline administrative costs. Both EDI and bar coding eliminate several costly, time-consuming administrative steps.

Supplier Certification -- Wisco Industries' Competitive Advantage

Wisco Industries is a certified supplier to major OEMs across America. We've earned this status by focusing on continuous quality improvement, timely delivery and cost containment. Wisco Industries has proven its ability to deliver competitively priced, high-quality paz-ts as needed. This capability reduces customer costs and increases profitability, which we believe is an excellent basis for long-term supplier relationships.
